<br />e <br /> <br />210.34 - AMENDMENT <br /> <br />This ordinance may be amended at any time by the City passing a <br />subsequent ordinance declaring the provisions of the amendment, <br />which amendatory ordinance shall become effective upon the filing <br />of the Company's written consent thereto with the City Clerk <br />within 90 days after the effective date of the amendatory <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 212.00 - HEALTH CARE DELIVERY COMMISSION <br /> <br />212.00 - ESTABLISHMENT OF HEALTH CARE DELIVERY COMMISSION <br /> <br />There is hereby established in the City of Elk River a Health <br />Care Delivery Commission pursuant to the provisions of this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />212.02 - MEMBERS AND TERM <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The Health Care Delivery Commission shall consist of seven (7) <br />members who shall be appointed by the Council at the first <br />meeting of the year for terms of three (3) years except that of <br />the members first appointed, two shall serve for a term of three <br />(3) years, two for a term of two (2) years, and three for a term <br />of one (1) year. The Commission will consist of the following: <br /> <br />1. A resident of Elk River. <br /> <br />2. Medical Director for Elk River Ambulance or designee. <br /> <br />3. A member of Health One Transportation. <br /> <br />4. Coordinator for Elk River Ambulance. <br /> <br />5. Elk River ambulance staff member. <br /> <br />6. Representative of Elk River Police Department. <br /> <br />7. Member of the Elk River medical community. <br /> <br />A vacancy during the term of any member shall be filled by City <br />Council appointment for the remainder of the term. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />221 <br />
