<br />As we all know the traffic volumes are rapidly escalating within the City of Elk River. The <br />County's first responsibility is to manage the safety and overall operations of the County <br />road system. Whenever schools are part of the equation the concern for safety is <br />paramount and these concerns are shared by the whole community.
