EXHIBIT A Legal Description: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE % of NW )() that lies Southeasterly of U.S. Highway No. 10 as now laid ouf and traveled and that part of the Northeast Ouarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE % of SW 14) that lies Northeasterly of old U. S. Highway No. 10 which was known os the Elk River - Big Lake Road, all in Section Thirty-two (32), Township Thirty-three (33) Range Twenty-six (25), except the following described fract: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest. Quarter and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of Old Highway No. 10. which is known as the Elk River to Big Lake Road and lying Southeasterly of U. S.
