<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Supports the LACs recommencbtion of Alternative E <br />interchange) as the preferred alternative for further <br />documentation phase of the project. <br /> <br />2. Supports the LAC recommendation of Alternative D2 (Jackson/193rd/197th Avenue <br />interchange with Highway 169) as the preferred alternative for further study in the <br />environmental documentation phase of the project. <br /> <br />3. Supports the LAC recommendation of Alternative BC2 (Main/School Street interchange <br />with Highway 169) as the preferred alternative for further study in the environmental <br />documentation phase of the project. <br /> <br />4. Supports the LAC recommendation of Alternative A3 (southerly system interchange at the <br />junction of Highway 169/10/101) as the preferred alternative for further study in the <br />environmental documentation phase of the project. <br /> <br />5. Acknowledges that this resolution of support indicates the City of Elk River's preference for <br />the alternative based on the technical information provided to-cbte, and that this preference <br />does not prohibit the City of Elk River from commenting on future design reftnements <br />and/ or the environmental documentation for the project as the project proceeds through <br />the process. <br /> <br />(Highway <br />study in <br /> <br />169/221st Avenue <br />the environmental <br /> <br />6.
