All spoils will be removed from <br />the wedand boundary to an upland site. The County Ditch setback of 50' has <br />been met and approved by the County Ditch Inspector. <br /> <br />Landscaping <br />Spoils from the wedand excavation will be spread around the new home and then sodded to prevent <br />erosion into the wedand.
