<br />RESOLUTION #07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING <br />CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and individuals <br />for their contributions to the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations in the year 2007 from various individuals <br />and organizations as iternized in Exhibit A; with the intent it be used by the Parks & Recreation <br />Department for 2007 general recreational opporrnnities; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River to <br />acknowledge the donations on the attached Exhibit A are accepted in accordance with the terms <br />prescribed by the donors. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 18'h day of June 2007. <br /> <br />Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />ArrEST: <br /> <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br /> <br />S:\Resolutions\2007 Resolutions\Unapproved\PR Donations 07.doc <br />
