Standards for the R-3, R-4, C-l, C-2 and PUD zones. One hundred percent <br />(100%) of the exterior building finish shall consist of materials comparable in <br />grade and quality to the materials on the list of exterior building finishes <br />referenced in this section. <br /> <br />ii. Standards for the C-3 zoninq. A minimum of seventy-five (75%) of the <br />exterior building finish shall consist of materials comparable in grade and <br />quality to the materials on the list of exterior building finishes referenced in <br />this section. <br /> <br />Iii. Standards for the I-I and 1-2 zones. A minimum of twenty-five percent <br />[25%) of the exterior building finish shall consist of materials comparable in <br />grade and quality to the materials on the list of exterior building finishes <br />referenced in this section. <br /> <br />iv.
