Also be advised that any future <br />amendments of this ordinance or change in the designation of flood prone <br />areas requires prior approval of the Commissioner. <br /> <br />Note that you are required to send copies of'hearing notices and final <br />decisions relating to variances and conditional use permits relating to this <br />ordinance to the Department. Please send these directly to Area Hydrologist <br />Dan Lais, DNR-Division of Waters, 3725 12th Street North, P.O.
