THE MOTIO CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO DENY THE VARIANCE REQUEST T XCEED THE <br />MAXIMUM SIZE OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN THE R-1A ZONING 0 <br />TO THE FOLLOWING FINDINGS: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />THIS WOULD NOT CAUSE UNDUE HARDSHIP IN THAT THE APPLICANT OULD <br />STILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO CONSTRUCT A 1,424 SQUARE FOOT DET CHED <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING FOR HIS HORSES. <br /> <br />
