Consider an Administrative Subdivision Reauest bv Timothv Scheel/P.H./Case No. <br />AS 94-09 <br /> <br />Council member Scheel stepped down tram the dais and took a seat in the audience for <br />this issue. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Planning Intern Troy Langer stated that Timothy Scheel is requesting an <br />administrative subdivision to provide a 40 acre parcel into three lots. He <br />indicated that the original request was to divide the properly into two lots. <br />however, Mr. Scheel has proposed some revisions to the administrative <br />subdivision. Troy Langer indicated that the new proposal subdivides the property <br />
