However, instead ofhiring a <br />W.W.T.S. operator, I would like to hire an electro-mechanical technicianlW.W.T.S. <br />operator. An employee with this type of training would save the City several thousand <br />dollars a year in service calls on our electrical equipment, plus be able to train our other <br />employees to do at least a minimal amount of electrical troubleshooting and repair. Also, <br />in some cases, persons in this field are electricians and nearly always are pump mechanics <br />as well, which would save the City even more. <br /> <br />In terms of salary, I would request a range of $17.75 - $20.75 per hour, depending on <br />qualifications, if the applicant is an electrician.
