MEMORANDUM TO: MAYOR & CITY COUNCIL <. \ LORI JOHNSON, FINANCE DIRECTOR '/1f11V OCTOBER 13, 1994 FROM: DATE: SUBJECT: PAY ESTIMATES PAY ESTIMATE #4 - LIBRARY EXPANSION PROJECT Attached is Pay Estimate #5 from Kue Contractors, Inc., for work completed on the Library expansion. The Pay Estimate is in the amount of $52,986.00. The City is holding retainage of $17,691.00 on this project. PAY ESTIMATE #5 - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION . The second attachment is a copy of Pay Estimate #5 to Gridor Construction, Inc., in the amount of $189,393.00. As explained previously, no retainage is being held on this project. PAY ESTIMATE #4 - ELK PARK CENTER STREET IMPROVEMENTS The third attachment is a copy of Pay Estimate #4 in the amount of $318,748.03 payable to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. This pay estimate is for work completed on the street and turn lane improvements related to the Elk Park Center improvement project. The City is holding retainage of $85,655.93 on this project. PAY ESTIMATE #4 - ELK PARK CENTER TRUNK IMPROVEMENTS Pay Estimate #4 in the amount of $164,653.96 for trunk sewer and water main improvements completed as part of the Elk Park Center project has been submitted by ArCon Construction Inc. The City is holding retainage of $38,296.85 on this project. STAFF RECOMMENDATION . Rick Wessling of Eos Architecture has reviewed the Pay Estimate to Kue Contractors, Inc., inspected the work, and recommends payment.
