ACH, CITY PLANNER~ <br />OCTOBER 3, 1994 <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: REQUEST TO VACATE DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENT BY <br />RIVERSIDE DEVELOPMENT, PUBLIC <br />HEARING, CASE NO. EV 94-2 AND EV <br />94-4 <br /> <br />These two applications are closely related to three other applications (land <br />use plan amendment, rezoning, preliminary plat) that will be presented to <br />the City Council on October 17, 1994. Because of the close relationship <br />between all five of these applications, staff is recommending that these two <br />items be brought forward at the same time as the three applications <br />mentioned above. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the easement vacation request by Riverside <br />Development be continued to the October 17, 1994, City Council meeting in <br />order to be considered at the same time as the land use plan amendment, <br />rezoning, and preliminary plat applications. <br /> <br />P.O.
