Free standing signage is allowed and may be installed upon receiving a sign permit. All signage will need to be provided in conformance with the Elk Park Center Sign Requirements, as outlined in the PUD Agreement. E. Buildine: and Elevations 1. The building is proposed to be: constructed with a combination of brick, masonry, and a pre-finished copper standing seam metal roof. These materials are consistent with both the main shopping center and the Wendy's facility directly to the north. F. Drainae:e and Utilities 1. Issues outlined in Terry Maurer's memo will need to be incorporated and made part of the final plans before issuance of building permit. . RECOMMENDATION It is recommended the Planning Commission recommend approval of the conditional use permit request for site plan review by First National Bank of Elk River to construct a 3,300 square foot bank facility with the following conditions: 1. ALL COMMENTS MENTIONED IN THIS MEMO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE, REVISED PLANS AND SUBMITTED FOR FINAL REVIEW PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT. 2. TERRY MAURER'S COMMENTS OUTLINED IN A MEMO DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1994, BE INCLUDED IN THE REVISED PLANS. 3. THE ''EXIT ONLY" DRIVE MAY BE DESIGNED AND CONTINUE TO OPERATE WITH LEFT AND RIGHT TURNING MOVEMENTS. HOWEVER, IF IN THE FUTURE INTERNAL STACKING PROBLEMS OR TURNING CONFLICTS OCCUR ON FREEPORT, THE DRIVEWAY WILL NEED TO BE RECONSTRUCTED TO ALLOW RIGHT TURN OUTS ONLY. . fIrsthan.pc
