The <br />building will initially be 3,300 square feet with five (5) auto drive <br />through lanes. The proposed plans included expansion opportunities of <br />approximately another 3,000 square feet. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Two driveways off of Freeport Avenue will provide access and facilitate <br />traffic circulation on site.
