The home was constructed in <br />1990 on Pintail Pond, which is a natural environment lake protected by the <br />DNR. The home is located seventy (70) feet from the ordinary high water <br />mark and the septic system is located thirty-seven (37) feet from the ordinary <br />high water mark. The existing home and septic system were constructed <br />within the shoreland setback of one-hundred, fifty (150) feet. The request <br />involves a ninety-two (92) foot variance form the ordinary high water mark of <br /> <br />P.O.
