P 94-09 <br /> <br />ISSUE <br /> <br />Consider a request for final plat approval of Meadowlark Townhomes by Harold <br />Gramstad to subdivide 2.73 acres into seven (7) duplexes (14 units). <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />That part of Lot 14 and Lot 16, Auditor's Subdivision No.3, Section 33, Township <br />33, Range 26, Sherburne County, MN. A complete legal description is available at <br />City Hall. The subject property is immediately east of the two, four (4) unit <br />apartment buildings located on the north side of Meadowvale Road. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Final Plat, Resolution 94-_ <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />The final plat has been prepared in accordance with the action taken by the City <br />Council and Planning Commission. The plat will consist of seven (7) duplexes, <br />fourteen (14) units, with a zero lot line separating the garages. There are no <br />proposed corrections from the preliminary plat to final plat. The applicant will be <br />installing and paying for the sanitary sewer and water lines to service this plat. <br />The extension will need to be inspected and accepted by the City. The applicant has <br />submitted revised storm sewer calculations, which have been approved by the City <br />Engineer. The applicant will also be required to submit an overall landscape plan <br />for administrative review by staff. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended the City Council approve Resolution 94-_ granting final plat <br />for Meadowlark Townhomes. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />P.O.
