Resident can participate <br />with verbal cueing in self daily activities such as <br />dressing and grooming. Resident will be <br />provided with one bath a week and can <br />participate with bathing. Resident cooperates <br />with medication management and administration <br />(1-3 meds) as prescribed. <br /> <br />Memory Care 2 $4,675 $4,475 <br />Resident cooperates with caregiver assistance in <br />daily activities such as dressing, grooming, <br />bathing and toileting. Assistance is needed with <br />medications and administration management of 4 <br />or more meds. Resident's behaviors may require <br />simple staff guidance. <br /> <br />Memory Care 3 $4975 $4775 <br />Resident may have manageable incontinence of <br />bowel and/or bladder. Resident requires direct <br />assistance of one caregiver with dressing, <br />grooming, bathing, medications and/or <br />management of incontinence. Resident's <br />behaviors require regular caregiver guidance. <br /> <br />Memory Care 4 $5275 $5075 <br />Resident may have manageable incontinence of <br />bowel and/or bladder. Resident needs <br />considerable assistance with dressing, grooming, <br />bathing, medications and/or management of <br />incontinence. Resident's behaviors may require <br />frequent or complex caregiver guidance. <br />Resident needs assistance with feeding.
