In 2003, the first phase was platted which included 124 townhouse lots and eight <br />outlots. Outlot D was approved for a 60 unit apartment building with underground parking. <br /> <br />Comforts of Home is a senior community that provides all levels of care. Comforts of Home offers <br />independent living, assisted living, and memory care all in one building. Everyone has their own unit with <br />a shared entry and there is a community gathering space and dining room. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />. Location Map <br />. Packet from Comforts of Home (folder) <br /> <br />Overview/Analysis <br />Outlot D was approved for a 60 unit apartment building with parking underground. Comforts of Home is <br />similar to an apartment in nature, with a secure common entrance and individual units.
