NONMAJOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS <br />Street Improvement - This fund is funded by solid waste surcharge revenues which are set aside to repair road <br />damage caused by large garbage trucks. <br />Permanent Improvement Revolving - This fund was used to account for bond proceeds used to finance public <br />improvements and to account for special assessment collections levied for the improvements. <br />Equipment Certificates - This fund was established to account for equipment certificate proceeds used to fund <br />capital equipment purchases as authorized by Minnesota Statutes. <br />Improvement Projects - This fund is used to account for the construction of various street and utility improvements <br />within the City. <br />Tax Increment Financing Districts - This fund is used to account for administrative and development costs <br />associated with the various tax increment financing projects. <br /> <br />
