A CLUSTER MAIL BOX DESIGN MUST BE UTILIZED THROUGHOUT THE DEVELOPMENT IN <br /> LOCATIONS APPROVED BY THE CITY PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT FOR RECORDING. <br /> <br />14. A LANDSCAPE PLAN BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT FOR <br /> RECORDING.
