Thus far MnDOT
has completed forecasts for the year 2015 on the Trunk Highways. MSA has completed
forecasts for local and county roads at their points of intersection with the Trunk
Highways. MnDOT is currently gathering turning movement count data at several of the
more critical intersections.

Following the data gathering, MnDOT will conduct level of service analysis for existing
and forecast conditions, and develop future corridor concepts. Base mapping and concept
layouts will be done by MSA. As this process continues, technical memoranda will be
prepared, which will ultimately be compiled into a [mal report after the public
involvement phase is completed.

If you have any questions about what has been accomplished to date or the direction the
corridor study is headed, please call me at 546-0432.

2301239-1401.sep
