Retail Uses in o.utlot A Deerfield III PUD The Building and Zoning Administrator stated that there was a discrepancy in the August 20., 1990., City Council minutes regarding uses in o.utlot A, Deerfield III PUD. He indicated that the Council did give a consensus to allow retail uses along with the C2 uses in o.utlot A. The Building and Zoning Administrator stated that the August 20., 1990. minutes have been corrected showing that retail uses are allowed in o.utlot A. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE Mo.VED TO. AMEND THE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 20., 1990. Co.UNCIL MEETING. Co.UNCILMEMBER DOBEL SECONDED THE MOTIo.N. THE MaTIo.N CARRIED 5-0.. The Building and Zoning Administrator requested direction from the Council as to what type of retail uses the Council will allow in the area. Councilmember Kropuenske indicated that the amount of traffic, more than the size of the use, will dictate the type of use in the area. The Building and Zoning Administrator stated that the size of the site will limit the use and that all uses will go through a review process by the Council. I t Was the consensus of the Council to leave the retail status for the Outlot A, Deerfield III PUD area because of the fact that the standards will be set by the PUD. .
