ACH, CITY PLANNERflc:L <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 19, 1994 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: FOLLOW UP ACTION TO BUSINESS <br />PARK REZONING <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />If the City Council approves Ordinance 94-_ rezoning the described <br />properties to BP (Business Park), there will be five (5) remaining actions that <br />should take place to provide complete consistency between the land use plan <br />and zoning map. These five actions are illustrated on the attached land use <br />plan map and zoning map: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Amend the land use plan from HB (Highway Business) to LI <br />(Light Industrial) to be consistent with the BP (Business Park) <br />zoning designation. <br /> <br />2. Amend the land use plan from LI (Light Industrial) to MR <br />(Medium Density Residential) to be consistent with the zoning <br />map. <br /> <br />3. Amend the land use plan designation from P (Public) to LI <br />(Light Industrial) to be consistent with the BP (Business Park) <br />zoning designation. <br /> <br />4. Amend the land use plan map to a MR (Medium Density <br />Residential) land use designation to be consistent with the BP <br />(Business Park) zoning designation and Country Ridge <br />Partnership's proposal for townhomes. <br /> <br />5. Rezone area from PUD (Planned Unit Development) to R1c <br />(Single Family Residential) to be consistent with the <br />comprehensive land use plan map. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />P.O.
