Evaluation of the program will be done by carefully recording all

of the enforcement action taken by the officers a~d comparing

them to the previously described goals. In addition, we will

attempt to track all or a high percentage of the citations issued

to determine a conviction rate.

Checks will be made to determine if more media attention or

public speaking is necessary. The program will also be re-

evaluated after each enforcement action to determine what can be

done to improve it.

.

Finally, and probably the best, but most unscientific method of

evaluating the success or failure of the program, would be by

speaking to members of the public as we do in our day to day

activities. What the public has to say as a whole (and their

subsequent actions) is probably the best determinant as to

whether the project is a success or not.

A.nol pages may be included la adequately desctibe Pari F
