<br />, " <br /> <br />, <br />,;" .'-, <br /> <br />CALENDAR FOR PROPOSED PROPERTY TAXES, PUBL C HEARINGS AND <br />FINAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR PAYABLE t 995 <br /> <br />ON OR BEFORE JULY 25, 1994 <br /> <br />ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 10, t 994 <br /> <br />The metropolitan pecial taxing districts shall <br />certify to the Ra~ sey County Auditor their <br />mutually acceptabl dates for their joint public <br />hearing and for any continuation of that <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Each school boad certifies to the county <br />auditors of the Ct unties in which the school <br />district is located the dates thilt it has selected <br />for its public hearing and for the continuation <br />of its hearing, if a continuation of its hearing <br />becomes necessal'J. If not certified by this' <br />date, the county a ditor will assign the hearing <br />dates. The dates fo the school district hearings <br />must not conflict with the hearing dates <br />selected for the c unties in which the school <br />district is located, or with the joint hearing <br />dates selected fo the metropolitan special <br />iaxing districts. If not certified by this date, the <br />county auditor w II assign the hearing dates. <br />The date for thE city's hearing or for the <br />continuation of i. hearing must not conflict <br />with the hearing t ates of the county or school <br />district in which t e city is located, or with the <br />joint hearing dues selected for the <br />metropolitan sp ciill taxing districts, as <br />explained above. 0\11 cities, regardless of their <br />population, must old public hearings on their <br />proposed propert) taxes. <br /> <br />. <br />
