<br />All notices to be given hereunder shall be in writing, and may be given, served <br />or made by depositing the same in the United States mail addressed to the <br />authorized representative (as specified in Subparagraph 13.3.2 hereof) of the <br />party to be notified, postpaid and registered or certified with return receipt <br />requested or by delivering the same in person to the said authorized <br />representative of such party, or by delivered via telegraph or facsimile to a <br />location or number designated by such party, followed by mailed notice as <br />provided above. All notices to be given to the parties hereto shall be sent to or <br />made at the addresses set forth herein below.
