The Contractor shall, in <br />the event of any occurrence likely to cause a delay, cooperate in good faith <br />with the Architect and Owner to minimize and mitigate the impact of any such <br />occurrence and do all things reasonable under the circumstances to achieve <br />this goal. <br /> <br />311340vl JMS ELl85-6 <br /> <br />7 <br />
