As a technical <br />representative for a construction specialties <br />and formwork company, he was responsible <br />for design. estimating, and appiicatlon of <br />concrete forming, shoring, and construction <br />chemical systems. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Bob has held positions in estimating, field <br />engineering, project engineering and project <br />management on a diverse group of projects. <br />His experience from project conception to <br />completion includes preparation of budget <br />estimates, value engineering. system cost <br />analysis, subcontract negotiation and award, <br />project administration. scheduling, cost control <br />and general direction of field activities. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Bob's experience with NFL football stadiums, <br />NBA arenas, and heavy construction has <br />given him a thorough understanding of <br />virtually every type of construction method. <br />This experience will provide insight for <br />the project team as decisions about cost <br />and schedule are made.
