They would like to have their <br />members and guests be allowed to have alcohol outside their establishment in the parking lot. State law <br />allows for these types of events as long as the area is compact and contiguous to the licensed <br />establishment. The area must be fenced, used for expanded seating, have secure and controlled access, <br />and be covered by liquor liability insurance. The Eagles Club stated they will meet the requirements above <br />during the event. <br /> <br />This event will be similar to a benefit event the Club held last summer.
