<br /> <br />v. PROPOSED KEY STAFF <br /> <br />Dennis Burns - Principal in Charge <br /> <br />Mr. Burns will provide quality assurance reviews and consultation on parking management <br />issues. He is Vice President of Studies and Operations Consulting for Carl Walker. He has over <br />25 years of parking management and consulting experience. He has led innovative parking <br />study and management review programs for municipalities across the country, including <br />"townhall meeting" sessions on the "20 Characteristics of Effective Parking Programs" and <br />"Using Parking as an Economic Development Too!." A board member of the IDA and IPI, he <br />has also directed workshops for the International Downtown Association on developing "Best <br />in Class" parking systems. His knowledge and expertise regarding the relationship of parking <br />and downtown development will be an invaluable tool in assessing overall parking system <br />efficiency and effectiveness. <br /> <br />Bill Surna - Project Manager <br /> <br />As Project Manager, Mr. Surna will be responsible for coordinating our work for the study. He <br />will be the primary point of contact. He will supervise the data collection and analyses and <br />participate in all meetings and discussions with city staff. He has 20+ years experience <br />providing consulting services to public and private sector clients, including municipalities, <br />airports, hospitals, universities, developers and more. <br /> <br />Scot Martin - Studies Assistant <br /> <br />Mr. Martin will provide assistance for the study in areas of data tabulation and analysis and <br />conceptual structure design. <br /> <br />
