<br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council and Economic Development <br />Authority will be attending a tOut of the Target Data Center on May 21, 2007, at 4:30 p.m., at the <br />Target Data Center, 14100 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Minnesota.
