General Information Every delegate, guest, speaker, representative of the media and any other conference partici- pant must complete this form in full to be registered and to be assigned a hotel room. Non-Member - City officials who are not me"mbers of NLC or tlleir state municipal league. Other- Individuals from organizations that do not pay any dues to NLC. ..
