As outlined in the approved application, the city will make a loan of <br />$250,000 to Tescom Corporation, Inc to assist in the expansion of its Elk River <br />operation. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />This grant is made from the federal Community Development Block Grant <br />Program. A grant agreement is being prepared by Community Development Division <br />staff. They will also provide you with additional information about your grant <br />award and will do all they can to help you achieve your community development <br />goals. Also, please note that your approved application becomes part of the <br />grant agreement.
