The City will also preserve its future park and recreation <br />and building options at the City Hall complex. Finally, the City and County <br />can deal with the Orono Road configuration in 1995 and, if a cul-de-sac is <br />what is desired by the County, we can work this out, although Cenex will be <br />involved with this issue.
