Therefore, it is recommended that the City Council <br />approve the preliminary plat for the City of Elk River, Russell Martie, and <br />Thomas Weiss with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The final plat be prepared in accordance with the preliminary plat and <br />submitted to the City Council for approval prior to recording with <br />Sherburne County. <br /> <br />2. That the outdoor storage along Railroad Drive for River Valley Lumber <br />be located on Outlot A and be screened from view from Highway 10. <br /> <br />3. The storage shed on Outlot A either be removed from the site 01' placed <br />totally within the boundaries of Outlot A. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br />
