AS 94-02 <br /> <br />ISSUE <br /> <br />Consider a request for final plat approval of Hals Addition to subdivide 2.3 <br />acres into one industrial lot and three outlots. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />The general location around the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Railroad <br />Drive. <br /> <br />ZONING I LAND USE <br /> <br />II (Light Industrial) and C3 (Highway Commercial) I LI (Light Industrial) <br />and HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Memo to City Council dated June 6,1994, Final Plat, Resolution No. 94-_ <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The final plat has been prepared in accordance with the preliminary plat <br />which has been reviewed and approved by the City Council. One of the <br />primary issues discussed by the City Council was related to Railroad Drive <br />right-of-way and the potential of Railroad Drive becoming an east-west <br />collector. It was determined by the City Engineer that the extension of <br />Railroad Drive would not be feasible for a variety of reasons, which are stated <br />in the June 6, 1994, report to the City Council.
