Manument Sign Far Freestanding Sites <br /> <br />1. Each .of the freestanding buildings within EPC will be <br />allewed te have a freestanding sign. The freestanding sign must <br />be of a monument style w~h a maximum height of ten (10) feet and <br />a maximum area .of one hundred (100) square feet. <br /> <br />2. Attachment C illustrates a typical menument sign for <br />freestanding buildings. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Wall Signs (Freestanding Sites) <br /> <br />1. Wall signage far each freestanding building must censist of <br />individual letters and shall net have mere than .one (1) wall sign fer <br />each principal building except that where the building abuts twe (2) <br />.or mare public streets. <br /> <br />2. The gross surface area .of a wall sign fer freestanding <br />buildings shall not exceed ten (10) percent .of the area of the <br />building wall, including deors and windews, te which the sign is to <br />be affixed. , <br /> <br />g.
