Since this project is substantially <br />complete, only $1,000.00 in retainage is being held in anticipation of a <br />final pay estimate being submitted in September. <br /> <br />f. Pav Estimate #5 - CherrvHill Bluffs Improvements <br /> <br />LaTour Construction has submitted Pay Estimate #5 in the amount of <br />$29,790.17 for work completed on the CherryHill Bluffs street and <br />utility improvements. The City is holding retainage of $2,000.00 on <br />this project. <br /> <br />g. Pav Estimate #3 - Wastewater Treatment Plant Interim Expansion <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of Pay Estimate #3 to Gridor Construction, Inc., in <br />the amount of $63,889.20 for work completed on the WWTP expansion. <br />The City is holding $24,469.70 in retainage on this project. <br /> <br />. STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />MSA Consulting Engineers reviewed each of the improvement project Pay <br />Estimates, inspected the work, and recommends payment to each of the <br />contractors as noted above. <br /> <br />. <br />
