At that meeting, the Council discussed the appropriate <br />park, trail, and sidewalk needs for Hillside Estates 4th Addition. Attached is <br />a memo from Phil Hals summarizing the Park and Recreation Committee's <br />recommendation from their July 26, 1994, meeting. The Park and Recreation <br />Committee's recommendation to obtain ownership of the N.S.P. easement <br />that bisects the property from the southeast to the northwest and the <br />.
