At that meeting, the City Council discussed issues previously raised by <br />the Planning Commission, residents of Guardian Angels, and staff. In light <br />of the issues which had not been addressed, the City Council directed the <br />City Attorney to prepare a Resolution of Denial for the City Council's <br />consideration on August 15, 1994. At a following City Council meeting, <br />action scheduled for the August 15 meeting was moved to August 1, 1994, to <br />. give the developer an opportunity to make the necessary corrections to the <br /> <br />P.O.
