We were told for <br /> <br />corner lots for street improvement you take the short side <br /> <br />plus 1/3 of the long side or the longer side,which ever is <br /> <br />greater. The street of 183rd does not go to the end of our <br /> <br />property line. I measured 30 feet from center of Ogden and <br /> <br />started to measure back from that point to the end of 183rd <br /> <br /> <br />as close as I could come was @200 feet. Since 1/3 rd of 200 <br /> <br /> <br />feet is 66.67 feet I would add that to my front footage of <br /> <br /> <br />112\1'-1 feet added together which is ~LC(f'; I feet of which would <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />be the base for our street assessment.
