Northeast corner of 193rd and US Highway No. 169 <br /> <br />ZONING I LAND USE <br /> <br />PUD (planned Unit Development) / HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 94 - <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />The plat consists of approximately fourteen (14) acres of property at the <br />northeast corner of 193rd and Highway 169. The plat will include the <br />extension of Evans Avenue north of 193rd to the northern limits of the plat, <br />which is planned to be extended further north to 197th at some future date. <br />The platted area is proposed to be developed as a Planned Unit Development <br />with the first phase consisting of the construction of a 65,000 square foot <br />grocery store on Lot 1, Block 2. <br /> <br />All the lots within the Hillside Crossing plat meet the minimum one acre lot <br />. size set forth in the zoning ordinance.
