V 94-05 <br /> <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Jason Volkers is requesting a variance to exceed the maximum size of an <br />accessory building. <br /> <br />. LOCATION <br /> <br />14115-1901/2 Circle NW, Elk River, MN (Lot 2, Block 1, Oak Knoll 2nd <br />Addition) <br /> <br />ZONINGILAND USE <br /> <br />RIB (Single Family Residential) / MR (Medium Density Residential) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Report to Planning Commission dated June 28, 1994 <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Jason Volkers is requesting a variance to exceed the maximum size of an <br />accessory building. Mr. Volkers' parcel is in the RIb zoning district, which <br />allows 1,200 square feet of attached and detached accessory structure area. <br />Mr. Volkers currently has a 22' x 22' (484 square feet) attached garage, <br />therefore, 716 square feet remain for a detached accessory building. Mr. <br />Volkers is proposing to construct a 26' x 36' (930 square feet) detached <br />accessory building. A 220 square foot variance to the maximum size of an <br /> <br />P.O.
