A DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT BE PREPARED AND <br />EXECUTED .PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT FOR <br />RECORDING. <br /> <br />2. COMMENTS FROM TERRY MAURER'S JUNE 15, 1994, MEMO <br />BE ADDRESSED AND INCORPORATED INTO THE PLAT. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />A COMPLETE WETLAND DELINEATION BE CONDUCTED <br />AND INCORPORATED INTO THE PLAT. ALL IDENTIFIED <br />WETLANDS SHOULD BE PROTECTED WITH A DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENT. <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />4. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PARK AND RECREATION <br />COMMISSION BE INCORPORATED INTO THE <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT PRIOR TO BEING SUBMITTED TO THE <br />CITY COUNCIL. IF THE RECOMMENDATION IS FOR <br />PAYMENT OF CASH, THIS CASH PAYMENT SHALL BE <br />MADE BASED ON THE FEE AT THE TIME OF FINAL PLAT <br />APPROVAL. <br /> <br />5. STREET LIGHTS BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE PLAT <br />AS REQUESTED BY THE CITY. <br /> <br />6. A DEVELOPMENT PLAN BE SUBMITTED FOR CITY REVIEW <br />AND APPROVAL. PLANS SHOULD IDENTIFY FINISHED <br />FLOOR ELEVATIONS, LOT CORNER ELEVATIONS, AND <br />TYPE OF HOME.
