The variance would all01' the total square <br />footage of the free-staJJding sign to be increased from 123 square feet <br />to 300 square feet. She explained that several concerns '..ere":rais'ed':by, residents <br />and by tbe Planning Commission which' related' ,to 'cleanup 'Of ,t'he: site, <br />excessive traffic with the daycare center.... and landscaping.
