<br />(3) Rock construction entrances shall be constructed at all city-approved entrances. <br />Construction accesses not approved by the city should be adequately blocked to prevent <br />unwanted traffic. <br />a. Site access roads shall be gtaded or otherwise protected with silt fences, diversion <br />channels, or dikes and pipes to prevent sediment from exiting the site via the access <br />roads. <br />b.
