As the Council is aware, this City building <br />is then proposed to be leased to the Chamber for its facility at the old <br />creamery/City Hall site at Main Street and Highway 10. It is appropriate for <br />the City Council to acknowledge receipt of this donated building through a <br />formal motion. The lease which outlines the terms and conditions for the <br />Chamber to use the facility and the property will be before the Council in the <br />next week or two. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />P.O.
