EXPECTATIONS- In order to effectively communicate a city's objectives, it is <br />imperative that the Council and staff have an equal understanding of our desired <br />outcomes. It is critical that the Council and staff have the same understanding in <br />order to better advise property o\vners, applicants, and the general public to,vard <br />these expectations. <br /> <br />1.
