Request by Randy Thue for a Conditional D se Permit to Allow Auto Repair. Case No. CD <br />07 -06. Public Hearing <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />6.12. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Senior Planner Sheila Cartney indicated that the applicant is requesring a Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow an auto detailing, auto brokerage, and preventative maintenance shop at 568 <br />Dodge Avenue. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Randy Thue, applicant - introduced himself and explained his proposed business. <br /> <br />There being no one else to speak to this issue, Mayor Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />FOR 568 DODGE AVENUE TO ALLOW AN AUTO DETAIL, AUTO <br />BROKERAGE, AND ROUTINE/PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SHOP <br />WITH AN AUTO DEALER LICENSE WITH THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />THE BUILDING SHALL MEET ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING <br />CODES. <br />THE BUILDING SHALL MEET APP APPLICABLE FIRE CODES. <br />MAJOR VEHICLE REPAIR IS PROHIBITED. <br />PRIOR TO OPENING, THE SITE SHALL BE INSPECTED BY GARY <br />LEIRMOE, WWTP CHIEF OPERATOR FOR PROPERTY OIL, <br />ANTIFREEZE, AND OTHER LUBRICANT DISPOSAL.
